Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of the parts purchased for their vehicle.
Customers may return a defective part for a replacement or a refund if all requirements specified in our warranty details are met.
- A receipt must accompany all returns.
- Camargo Salvage LLC is not responsible for any parts altered, modified, disassembled, or damaged by misuse or an accident after the parts are purchased.
- All parts have a 30-day guarantee unless sold “AS IS.”
- All electrical parts are sold “AS IS” (harnesses, plugs, computers, sensors, switches, etc.)
- The warranty is void if the parts are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold or don’t bear the identifying marks that appear on all parts sold by Camargo Salvage LLC.
**Parts that are returned but are not defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee.**
All deposits made on parts are non-refundable.
All cash purchases returned within 30 days will be processed by management and refunded by check sent via US Mail within seven (7) business days.
All returned credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used at the time of the original purchase if all requirements are met.
Shipped Parts
If you wish to return a part we have shipped, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the return postage. Except for items shipped due to Camargo Salvage LLC’s error, we will cover the return shipping cost. Once the item arrives back to us, it will be inspected, and a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
Core Returns
All cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned cores must be complete units.
Charge Account
Charge account customers are subject to the same 30-day warranty if requirements are met. If a part is returned, the amount will be credited back to your account.
